i am trying to login for training but i am not able to login because when i click on get password it does not send a message a password to my cell no. I want to start my training as soon as possible.please help

I have installed the training program but whenever I try to open it, it gives an error "Component MSWINSCK.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".
Now what do I do?
