Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i am undergoing with online training program through wide URN No:- maxi2711100015 on your portal. Duration of training is in between 29-11-2010 to 14-12-2010.
But from very begining i am not able to get my password on my mobile no:- 9837777533 inspite of several requests and discussions with Mr. Shamsher and Mr. Abhishek on your Helpline no: 09216056576 for providing the same.
Everytime when i have to login, i have to ring on your helpline for password. Sometimes your helpline responded and sometimes not. This is very ridiculous situation for me and i am very much frustrated now. Due to this only i am not able to complete my online training course with in stipulated time.
So, request you to start providing the PASSWORD on my Mobile No: 9837777533 immidiately and also extend my taining duration atleast for One Week so that i shall complete my training easily.
