I DOING CHAPTER 4 NOW, MY PASSWORD GOT LOCKED AS I HAVE NOT USED THE PAGE FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTUES. BUT WHEN I CLICK GET PASSWORD, PASSWORD IS NOT COMING TO MY MOBILE.KINDLY CHECK AND CONFIRM ME URGENTLY.

on the last day of online training that is today (16 july 2011)only 3 hours i.e. one chapter was pending I thought I have full day that is till evening to finish that and I could go for final test but as I have started the training at 12.30 in the afternoon the training session was finished and I couldnt coplete the training . Can i get lettle extended time may be 4-5 hours so that i can finish my chapter and go for a final test pls do the needful

As per IRDA guidelines candidate has to complete the training in the given time only.
